To request deletion of personal data held by Cadiance, including data collected via your LinkedIn connection, follow the instructions below.
Cadiance accesses LinkedIn data solely through LinkedIn's officially supported OAuth and API mechanisms, and does not use scraping, browser automation or undocumented access methods.
To remove your LinkedIn connection: disconnect from your account settings at any time. This immediately erases your stored OAuth token and removes our ability to publish to your profile, and your LinkedIn profile picture is removed immediately. You may also revoke access directly in your LinkedIn settings, which invalidates the token and erases it from our systems. Remaining LinkedIn data is deleted within 30 days.
To close your account: cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
After cancellation your workspace is retained for up to 90 days so you can reactivate: fully restorable for the first 30 days, content restored but team members re-invited from 31 to 90 days, deleted after 90 days.
Disconnecting LinkedIn does not close your account, and cancelling does not delete your data immediately. If you want your data deleted sooner, use Option 2.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including the email address on your Cadiance account and confirmation that you want all your personal data deleted.
We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first.

Where a deletion request requires it, we will instruct our service providers to delete your associated data in accordance with our agreements with them.
Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to meet financial record-keeping obligations. Anonymised and aggregated data that cannot identify you is not subject to deletion requests.
